Cookies

What this site keeps in your browser.

Short version: one sign-in cookie, a handful of small items saved on your own device to remember what you were doing, and nothing that tracks you. That is why there is no cookie banner to click away.

The one cookie we set

Signing in sets a session cookie from Supabase, the service that handles our sign-in. It keeps you signed in as you move around the dashboard, and it is the only cookie this site sets. It is not set for a visitor reading the public pages, and signing out clears it.

Saved on your device, not as cookies

These live in your browser's local storage, on your own machine — we never receive them. Clearing your browsing data removes them: you will be signed out, and an unfinished draft will be gone.

  • Your language choice — so the site opens in Arabic or English the way you left it.
  • Your unfinished application — what you have typed into the application form is saved on your own device for 24 hours, so a refresh or a closed tab does not cost you the form. It stays in your browser until you submit, and it expires on its own.
  • If you have an account: how you left your dashboard — light or dark, the side panel open or closed — and any story request you started but have not sent yet.

What we do not use

If that ever changes, this page changes with it — and a consent banner would come with it.

  • No analytics: no Google Analytics, no product analytics, no session recording.
  • No advertising or social pixels, and no cross-site tracking.
  • No third-party embeds setting cookies. The fonts and the media on this site are served from Irth's own hosting.

Managing it

Every browser lets you look at and delete the cookies and stored data for a single site. Blocking them for Irth is fine if you only read the archive — but you will not be able to stay signed in to a leader or team account.
